$75+ tax a month
Our Range Pass will provide you with 2 large buckets(90 balls) of driving range balls to hit everyday we are open. This is an individual golfer plan, so no sharing of balls is allowed. Limited to one bucket at a time.
No long term commitment
Our Range Pass is month to month program with a minimum of 1 full month commitment*. The Range Pass can be canceled at our pro shop or through our website. Current members may update payment or cancel from our member portal login page.
*1 month commitent does not include a partial month if signing up any day other than the 1st of the month.
Skip the Pro Shop & get your balls at the Ball Dispenser
You can always get your Range Dispenser tickets/tokens at the Willows Run Pro Shop when open.
An optional free mobile app is available to download that allows you to get your balls at the dispensers with your monthly membership. App needs to be downloaded and then synced by Pro Shop management, so likely not available immediately. Conditions and limitation apply to useing the app.
Weather Disclaimer
We may struggle with staying open due to availablity of balls in Winter and early Spring of 2025 due to weather like snow or rain. With our driving range field not being grass or artifical turf the after effects of rain and snow make it harder for us to. Turfing or growing grass would prevent us from being open for months during the busiest times of the year when you and everyone else wants to golf or hit at the range. We do not offer credits or refunds if closed temporairly. We will update our website if closed outside of posted hours in a timely manner and post large signs around club house.
- We are having teams pick the field in the mornings to provide availabilty through out the day
- We have already installed more drainage into the field this November and December and have plans for more.
- Applied tons of sand and will do more throughout 2025
- Continue to experiment with new equipment to pick balls from the field more effiecently.
The teams doing a clean pick of the field will be expanded to almost daily. This will result in us being closed in the morning's more often. While this may help those that are likely to visit in midday or evenings we have be closed when morning tee time players are teeing off. The work we have done so far has allowed us to double the amount of players visiting our driving range this winter.
Signup at the Main Building Pro Shop
Currently, membership are only being created in person during Pro Shop open hours.
We need a physical credit/debit card to setup first payment(no mobile/apple/google pay).
Signup takes around 5 minutes to get our name, email, phone #, and photo. We may not be able to do signups during our busiest times.
Kids, Family, and Group plans
Currently we will create an account for each family member or child, must be available inperson at Proshop. We do not have any sharing of range balls plans at this time. We can create a Range Pass for a kid that doesn't have a parent that is a range member, both would need to be present at time of account creation though. Our Range Dispenser app may not be available if kids do not have a phone to use, they can get range balls at the pro shop during open hours.
We do not allow families to share ball at this time. Sharing of balls will be consider theft and can result in being banned from Willows Run Golf Complex.
