This membership level is an add on to a valid 2025 Willow's Run Discount Membership.
$500 Deposit.
At Willows Run we have growing concerns about no shows during our busiest times. We try to keep our course affordable and finacially strong. Multiple tee times from 1 or 2 groups on a day creates tremoundous risk to our course's finances. We have created a Group Organizer Membership as a way to allow multiple tee times without requiring complete prepayment.
- It allows you to book a upto 4 tee times on a day, when all other golfers are limited to 1 tee time during Shoulder and Peak Seasons (April to October).
- The money paid is held as a deposit to cover missed tee times that have not been properly canceled. All remaining funds will be returned to account holders card or a check in November of 2025.
- Tee times and headcount will be held to a strict 24 hour cancelation or modification of head count policy.
- We will provided you with an additional way to cancel or modify head count for tee times with a dedicated email address. This is in addition to in person, or a phone call with a live member of proshop staff(no voicemail).
- Extra perk of being able to purchase items through proshop at cost plus 2%(credit card fees) from any of our current golf vendors. What we called Black Friday Everyday in 2024, but only available to Group Member Organizer's in good standing.
- No shows will have the amount for a standard rate deducted from the balance on your account.
- Members who hold a account minimum below course minimum with be required to add money to their account to maintain priviledges of booking multiple tee times.
- Grace will not be given for no shows due to family, medical, or personal emergencies.
This level of membership account will need to be created by Proshop Manager or the Assistant Managers and will not be able to be used right away, so please plan ahead. Additional paper work will need to be completed in person when creating this membership account at the Willows Run Pro Shop.
